How can I return ELF emmit purchase?

If you bought your product directly from Medwell d.o.o. on, and you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it following the bellow procedure. Request an RMAN (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) by contacting Elf emmit Support Team on: SUPPORT. Please send  product along with a copy of the RMAN that we send you via email.

Your card will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Any items damaged due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund. Shipping fees are not refundable.

When will my credit card be charged?

For purchases of physical products, you will be billed when you press ‘Place Order’ on the website. This includes any preordered or backordered products. For credit card verification you must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept payment via Paypal and we accept payment cards. All credit card information submitted is encrypted, so you can be confident that your credit card information will be kept safe and secure.

Why is my credit card being rejected?

Medwell d.o.o. is always doing its best to protect you from any kind of fraud. Sometimes this can cause perfectly legitimate purchases to be refused. There are many possible reasons for a credit card not being accepted:

  • You entered the wrong details.
  • The card is expired.
  • You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.
  • You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
  • A computer at either end of the transaction is having technical problems.
  • We recommend checking you have the correct details and try again, or try using another card.

How can I track order and delivery?

As soon as our warehouse ships your order, we will send you an email notifying you that your package is on route. In this email we will include a link to track delivery and also phone number to call. Our delivery partner is UPS throughtout the world. 

Approximate  delivery time is 2-3 working days to urban area in USA, Asia.  In Europe approximate  delivery time is 1-2 working days. 

What do I need to know about VAT or any other tax charge, or entering wrong address?

Elf emmit customers are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable: so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage/customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. If wrong  delivery address is entered and consequently the shipment is not delivered Medwell d.o.o. will charge all costs related cost to that order. 

For orders shipping to the EU shipping zone, VAT is included in the item price. For other countries, customers are liable for VAT upon delivery.

Can I send ELF emmit as a gift?

You are more than welcome to place an order and send it as a gift to an address other than your billing address. When placing the order, please ensure that you are entering the shipping address and your separate billing address correctly. We are unfortunately not able to gift wrap or add notes/cards at this time.

How you calculate shipping cost?

Shipping cost is included in the price of the product.
